free 2-3 day shipping
free 2-3 day priority shipping with insurance against loss up to $100 is offered for all orders within the u.s. express and overnight shipping options within the u.s. are also available upon checkout, but please bear in mind there is a 48 hour processing time for overnight and express shipments. canadian and south american orders are shipped and insured against loss by first class mail at a flat rate of $15. please note that most countries charge import taxes for international purchases that are imported. 5th element yoga cannot be held responsible for taxes charged by your country for importing items.
orders are shipped within 72 hours and i make every effort to ship all orders next day. all product photographs are raw and unaltered, and each jewelry purchase includes a tibetan brocade mala bag or gift bag, and gemstone card as long as I have it in stock.
delivery times
orders are shipped monday through friday within 72 hours of receiving your purchase. once your order has shipped, delivery occurs on average within 2-3 business days and within 6-14 days for international orders, but can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on the speed of your country's customs. during the holidays, your order may arrive faster. shipments are not made on saturdays, sundays, or national holidays.
in the event a purchase is not delivered, a refund may be given after a 6-8 week grace period, or once a claim for that item has been filed and processed. please note that shipping costs are not insurable or refundable, however tracking is available for all shipments. for international orders, customs delays can delay delivery of your purchase for up to 8 weeks, but in most cases, delivery occurs on average between 6-14 business days. if you have not received your order within that time frame, please contact me via our
contact us page and we will begin the investigation process. in the event a domestic purchase is not delivered, a claim may be filed with usps as each package is shipped by priority mail with tracking information and is automatically insured for up to $100. orders of $100 or more are shipped with signature confirmation. 5th element yoga will not be held responsible for lost deliveries or packages marked as delivered by your local post office, but we've gotten very good at tracking down lost shipments :) if you have not received your purchase or find that your tracking information is at a standstill, please let us know and we'll do what we can to track it down for you!
“out of stock” items
i make every effort to keep items in stock. “out of stock” items are typically re-stocked within 1-4 weeks. i apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
tip: among a wide selection of items, you may find a comparable item to an "out of stock" item. please use the search field within the store or browse within other collections.
returns and exchanges
i will joyfully exchange an item for you, but i do not offer refunds. items may be returned for a full exchange of the item cost within 90 days of purchase, provided i am contacted via email and the item is returned in its original pristine condition. shipping costs are not refundable. for exchanges, please contact me via our
contact us page. items for exchange must also arrive in their original packaging. you may return your package via the carrier of your choice with tracking information and delivery confirmation to the shipping address i will provide once contacted.
i do not offer refunds, replacements, or exchanges for the following:
items not returned in their original condition.
items returned damaged or missing parts.
items not delivered due to incorrect mailing address.
sizing and special situations
in the event that an item may be too large or too small, it may also be exchanged for another size within 90 days of your purchase. however, if an item must be re-strung for sizing, a fee of $5.00 may be charged for bracelets, and a fee of $15.00-$20.00 may be charged for full size malas.
in the event that a mala or piece of jewelry breaks, i am happy to re-string it or fix it for you at no cost within 90 days of your purchase.
