- BasicsThe most widely practiced form of yoga, this classical practice teaches basic fundamentals and alignment, breath, awareness development, balance, strength, and form. Some yoga philosophy.
- Basic Flow This class combines the fundamentals of linking basic postures through slow flow of movement and breath, while integrating rejuvenation and relaxation to relieve stress. Provides challenging and gentle aspects for the beginner with emphasis on strength and flexibility, both physically and mentally. A great beginner’s practice for Flow and Power classes. Please be prepared to sweat. All levels welcome. Music is used in this class.
- Core Elements Combines slow flow of movement through basic poses with emphasis on core strengthening using yoga postures, effective abdominal exercises, and breath. Please be prepared to sweat. All levels welcome. Music is used in this class.
- Gentle & Meditation A slow and gentle yoga class perfect for rehabilitating an injury, honoring physical limitations, and appreciating a slower approach to yoga. Incorporates gentle, restorative, and yin yoga postures. Provides deep relaxation and meditation practice to promote healing. Music is used in this class.
- Little Yogis What allows kids to use a lot of energy, make funny noises, relax, and learn to focus all at the same time? Yoga! This active and fun kids yoga class strengthens and balances the nervous system, improves posture, creates healthy breathing and fitness patterns, and teaches self esteem and self worth, while having lots of fun doing it! An engaging way for kids to increase physical coordination, relaxation, introspection, laughter, and creativity. Ages 5+ welcome.
- Sadhana A mildly challenging Hatha class for students of all levels. Incorporates elements of a daily and traditional early morning practice while cultivating balance, strength, and flexibility. All levels welcome.
- Yoga & Pilates Through yoga postures and challenging pilates mind/body exercises, increase range of motion, develop core and muscular strength, stabilize the joints, and challenge the body to improve coordination. A great way to tone, strengthen, and experience balance. All levels welcome. Music is used in this class.
Experienced
- Flow An active and dynamic class with focus on higher awareness through use of breath and fluid movement. Perfect for students ready for a more challenging and dynamic adventure. Includes a Full Moon Flow and Yoga Under the Stars class each month (except during the hot months). Advanced postures are introduced. Please be prepared to sweat. Music is used in this class.
- Intermediate/Advanced Explore challenging postures, yogic techniques, and experience the state of yoga. Intermediate and advanced postures are introduced. Challenging aspects.
- Power This class combines challenging and heat building sequences while linking postures with the breath. Advanced postures are introduced. Please be prepared to sweat.

- Born Yogis – Saturday, Aug 23rd, 1:45-3:00pm An active and gentle Mom & baby workshop designed to strengthen the postpartum body and the bond between mother and child. Support postnatal recovery and strengthen, while learning excellent calming and baby developmental exercises specifically designed to address sleeping, crying, bonding, stage development, and fun with your child. These exercises are also excellent for special needs children within the specified age range. Take home sequences for quality time and fun practice. Babies one month to children of four years welcomed with smiles. All levels welcome.
- Intro to Yoga 4 Week Series – Saturdays, Nov 1st-22nd, 1:45-3:00pm Have you always wanted to try yoga but wasn’t sure where to start? Learn the basics of yoga philosophy, breath, and alignment technique. Perfect for beginners interested in any of our all levels classes. Taught over the course of four weeks, this series provides a straightforward and stress-free solution for new or out-of-practice yogis.
- Meditation & Yoga Nidra – Saturday, Sept 20th, 1:45-3:00pm Learn the basics of meditation, its purpose, and various techniques, including guided meditation and relaxation known as yoga nidra. The equivalent to three hours of rest. Leave this workshop with a deepened and authentic practice, and a free yoga nidra cd for home use. Suggested donation: $10. All levels welcome.
- Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga 4 Week Series – Saturdays, Jan 10th-31st, 1:45-3:00pm Prepare for or recover from childbirth through restorative and therapeutic postures, breathing exercises, and strength building yoga and pilates exercises that support the entire body in a balanced way. - Playing with Gravity: Inversions & Arm Balances – Saturday, Sept 13th, 1:45-3:00pm Need some help with your inversions and arm balances? This workshop will teach you how to use the correct muscles and effective techniques to strengthen these postures, while practicing in a supportive and safe environment. Some experience recommended but not required.
- Yoga Dosha – Saturday, Sept 6th, 1:45-3:00pm This workshop will teach you how to practice yoga postures while correcting physical imbalances specific to your body type. Students will take home a deeper understanding of yoga practice, yogic diet, and ayurvedic medicine, as well as a personal sequence of postures for home practice. All levels welcome.
- Yoga Therapy for Physical Injury – Saturday, Dec 13th, 1:45-3:00pm Learn simple and easy to use postures and exercises for each area of the body, perfect for strengthening and rehabilitating physical injuries. All levels welcome.
- Yoga for Special Needs Children 4 Week Series – Saturdays, July 26th-Aug 16th We’re delighted to offer North Phoenix’s first yoga program for special needs children. Easy to follow programs are designed to enable families, caregivers, and parents to practice therapeutic and developmental yoga exercises with infants and toddlers experiencing learning disabilities, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and many other conditions, while promoting healthy development.
- Yoga for Weight Management – Saturday, Dec 6th, 1:45-3:00pm A great workshop for learning how to use basic postures and breath for effective weight management. Workshop also includes techniques for targeting the core, cardiovascular health, and a great daily sequence for beginning practice. All levels welcome.
